Whitbee is a non-playable character in DragonVale and is Head of the Hidden Bolt House.
Whitbee was first mentioned in the Whitbee's Candy Bash event as a significant part of the story behind the event.

Appearances
During the Whitbee's Candy Bash 3: The Sweetening event, Whitbee would walk around a player's park at a time, and at a maximum of one time a day.
During the Secrets of Spellform event, Whitbee would appear in a player's park petrified, and at a maximum of two times a day.

Whitbee's Candy Bash 3: The Sweetening
During the Whitbee's Candy Bash 3: The Sweetening event players were able to find Whitbee for Candy.
Each time the player found Whitbee he/she would receive 50 Candy and 1 gem.
In order to find Whitbee players had to carefully look over the islands in their parks which had a magic portal.
Whitbee would casually be walking along with the other visitors when the visitor's button has blue mushrooms on it.
Whitbee's Candy Bash IV: Tails From The Campfire
During the Whitbee's Candy Bash IV: Tails From The Campfire event players were able to find Whitbee for Candy.
Each time the player found Whitbee he/she would receive 50 Candy and 1 gem.
In order to find Whitbee players had to carefully look over the islands in their parks which had a magic portal.
Whitbee would casually be walking along with the other visitors when the visitor's button has purple border on it.
