During the event, candy was collected by doing normal park activities. The candy were "turned in" to the Whitbee's Castle for prizes based on the number of candy collected since their last prize was awarded. The Whitbee's Castle's infobox has a reset timer that indicates when more candy are released to be collected by players.
Whitbee's Castle consists of seven panels in seven sections, which can each be restored by turning in a certain amount of candy. When each one of the seven sections is completed, the respective prize is awarded. Panels and sections are restored in a fixed order, and as such prizes are also awarded in a fixed order.
Upon selecting the Whitbee's Castle, the options for "Help", "Turn In Candy", "Buy", and "Info" were displayed.
"Help" opened up two tabs which provide information on the Whitbee's Candy Bash rules and prizes.
"Rules" offered short descriptions of each of the aspects of the Whitbee's Candy Bash. Information on each of the prizes is accessed through the "Prize" tab.
