Hi Guys! This is a collection of dragon art I've been working on. Some of it will be artwork of dragons already in Dragon Vale (mostly for humor) and some of it will be ideas for new dragons I have been lucky enough to sketch in the wild. I don't know much about most of them yet but here goes!

TROPIC DRAGON (Fire, Plant, Water). Incubation Time: 7.5 hrs. Flashy, colorful and rare, the Tropic Dragon is as stunning as its gorgeous rainforest habitat. These dragons will turn heads in any park! Though difficult to care for (they require high humidity and intense heat), these extraordinary creatures are worth the effort and TLC.

HERB DRAGON (Plant, Earth.) Incubation Time: 5 Hrs. The Herb Dragon is known for its gentle nature and benevolent ways. A wistful fragrance seems to hang about their rich mane, and their breath is said to promote healing and sound sleep.

SOD DRAGON (Earth, Plant, Dark). Incubation Time: 14 Hrs. Sod Dragons are found in grassy open spaces near Ulster Meadows. These patient predators are a puzzling and bizarre sight to behold! Sod Dragons dig hollows in the earth just big enough for them to fit in. As they wait for unsuspecting prey to walk by, dirt collects over time in their bumpy scales and grass takes root, giving them the perfect disguise. The Sod Dragon can make even experienced dragonologists look twice!

TECTONIC DRAGON (Earth, Fire). Incubation Time: 20 Hrs. The Tectonic Dragon lives in tunnels deep beneath the earth's crust. It is said that when angered, this dragon thrashes its massive head and powerful tail about, causing violent earthquakes. But that's just a myth. We think. Either way, don't provoke one.

NATIVE DRAGON (Earth, Fire, Plant). Incubation Time: 28.5 Hrs. Native Dragons feel a strong attachment to their land. They are complex, emotional creatures, easily caught up in the romance of a summer sunset or pulled back into memories of the fields they played in as a hatchling. Native Dragons are gentle and excellent storytellers, but fierce and terrible in battle when defending their homeland. The friendship of the Native dragon is lifelong and unbreakable.

COBWEB DRAGON (Cold, Light, Dark). Incubation Time: 9.5 Hrs. The Cobweb Dragon is found residing in abandoned buildings and ruins around the world. Mysterious and chilling, they often seem like visitors from the spirit world. The wizards don't know what the thin gossamery substance making up their wings is, but to their surprise they have discovered that it is stronger than steel!

MINT DRAGON (Plant, Cold). Incubation Time: 13.5 Hrs. Mint Dragons give off a fragrance that makes your whole park smell clean and fresh. Of course, this may lead to a wizard apprentice "accidentally" neglecting to shovel out the plant habitats, but in that case you can make him walk the miasma dragon to make up for it.

FROSTBITE DRAGON (Cold, Dark, Fire). Incubation Time: 5 hrs. Frostbite Dragons are stubborn and temperamental, with a crushing bite and breath cold enough to freeze the hottest Blazing dragon solid. The existence of these beautiful dragons was known for some time, but so many wizards lost fingers, toes and noses trying to figure out how to get on the right side of one that only now have they discovered the secret: Popsicles. Lots and lots of popsicles.

BAMBOO DRAGON (Plant, Earth, Light) Incubation Time: 26 Hrs. Bamboo Dragons live in the Far East in the shelter of impenetrable bamboo thickets. They are closely related to the Panlong Dragon and often spend time with the austere creatures, discussing philosophy or the construction of kites.

CITRUS DRAGON (Plant, Lightning). Incubation Time: 13.5 Hrs. Citrus Dragons are sour creatures. They always see the glass as half empty. However, the Wizard Sun Kysst found a way to please this dragon and make it happy in the Lightning and Plant habitats.

SLIME DRAGON (Plant, Dark, Water) Incubation Time: 9 Hrs. The Slime Dragon, though slimy, is actually a very clean creature. The sticky slime they produce keeps dirt away from their skin and makes it shiny and clean. Slime Dragon slime is good for wizard skin too, because it soothes sunburn, cleanses acne and probably isn't toxic!

WILDFIRE DRAGON (Fire, Lightning). Incubation Time: 9 Hrs. Wildfire Dragons are notoriously destructive. They love to set things on fire and watch them burn up. It's certainly fortunate that the wizards know what they're doing, because these dragons would otherwise be capable of destroying your entire park! But that won't happen, as long as they stay in their habitats...

STRIKE DRAGON (Lightning, Air, Earth). Incubation Time: 5.5 Hrs. Though flightless, Strike Dragons are incredibly fast. They are also extremely tempermental and high-strung. They must be dealt with using great caution, because a swift blow from the Strike's high-voltage tail rewards those who don't watch it!

MARBLE DRAGON (Earth, Cold, Light). Incubation Time: 10 Hrs. The story of the Marble Dragon is a strange one. Many years ago, renowned artist Angelo Micheals was finishing his most prized work of art. Ever unhappy with his work, he cast a great spell to make his new sculpture more stunning and lifelike than any ever seen! Unfortunately, his magic backfired. When the dust cleared, the Marble Dragon was alive! INot even the witch Zamora believed this story when she first heard it, but scholars say that the Marble Dragon bears the earmarks of the great artist's unmistakable style.

FAHRENHEIT DRAGON (Fire, Cold). Incubation Time: 20 Hrs. The wizards have discovered some very strange dragons, but none so strange as the Fahrenheit Dragon. A beast of conflicting natures, the Fahrenheit Dragon's head is swallowed up in a mane of scorching flames, but its tail is decorated by glittering icecicles. The wizard Kelvin explains that the temperature of the Fahrenheit Dragon decreases slowly moving down the tail. Thus the dragons' heads exceed boiling point while the tails remain at subzero temperatures! Kelvin cautions that one must be very careful when riding this dragon, and remember to put on sunscreen in front and a thick cape to keep out the cold in back.

TORNADO DRAGON (Air, Lightning, Water). Incubation Time: 12 hrs. Tornado Dragons are of very violent and destructive natures. Using powerful magic, they are able to fly without any wings at all, twisting about in the air in a manner that resembles that of a real tornado, which gives the dragons their name. Fortunately they now live in lightning, air and water habitats, and though they are highly intelligent, is is actually quite unlikely that you will return to find your park a mangled mess of decimated decorations and devastated buildings.

WAVE DRAGON (Water, Air). Incubation Time: 4.5 Hrs. Wave Dragons are exceedingly playful. They like to ride high waves into shore right before a storm when the waves are highest, only to swim back out and do it again. They are always searching for playmates. If your Wave Dragon suddenly snatches one of your visitors off the path and flings him high into the air, don't worry, she's only playing.

BOILING DRAGON (Water, Fire) Incubation Time: 9 Hrs. Boiling Dragons dwell in bubbling, steaming hot springs, bathing constantly in the mineral-rich waters. They can be rather hotheaded, but you can't hardly blame them. How would you like to share a body with someone else! Alas, the sorrows of being a two-headed dragon.

PRECIPICE DRAGON (Earth, Air, Light). Incubation Time: 19 Hrs. Precipice Dragons look strange, but that is due to their strange lifestyle. They spend their entire lives clinging to high cliffs with their long tails and back toes, snatching birds from the air with their long tongues in order to get a meal. The odd-shaped projection on their backs help channel water into their mouths during rainstorms. It makes you wonder what dragons will be discovered next!

SHURIKEN DRAGON (Air, Metal, Dark). Incubation Time: 4.5 Hrs. Shuriken Dragons move swiftly and invisibly about in the dark. The edges of their wings are sharp enough to cleave off tree branches. The only thing that betrays this dragon in the darkness of night is the whining noise the wings make as they slice the air. Though they are fierce and like to sneak up on people, Shuriken Dragons are actually quite useful when it comes to pruning bushes and cutting Sarjin Peppers into baby-dragon-size portions.

This rare beauty comes from a small island in the center of the Isles of Paradise to the far East, perpetually frozen in bitter winter. These dragons can hatch only in the coldest of winter conditions, so they can only be hatched during this month. But the effort of building the Paradise Island was worth it, because these dragons, like all the Blossom dragons from the Isles of Paradise, earn instead of coins or gems a magical substance that can be used to feed your dragons. Amazing!

Beautiful, spirited, and joyful, Violet Dragons are said to help break the grip of winter when they hatch. Many legends surround these austere creatures, but none of them really do justice to the dragon itself. Because they eat and drink only the nectar of the magical flowers of the Isles of Paradise, they produce a magical substance that can be used to feed your dragons.

At the first breath of spring in the Isles of Paradise, Daffodil Dragons hatch. You will never meet a dragon more cheerful and spirited than the Daffodil Dragon. Their gaudy yellow and green colors mirror their cheerful personalities. Daffodil Dragons earn a special substance that can be used to feed your dragons. In fact, our wizards suspect that it is healthier and grants more energy than ordinary dragon food!

In the bright fields of the Isles of Paradise, these dragons can be seen strolling about or lazing in the shade of trees. Like all dragons from the Isles of Paradise, the Daisy Dragon produces a magical substance that can be used to feed your  dragons.

The first Science Dragon was the result of an experiment that went not exactly as planned. In the remote observatory on Galil Island, some scientists had captured an ordinary blue fire dragon and were conducting an experiment to find the source of its fire breath. However, this dragon was transformed into a new breed, the Science Dragon. It flew across the warm eastern ocean and entered the Vale, where it was discovered by wizards. What's more, more dragon breeds, thought to be relatives of this dragon, are now turning up!

I think there should be EPIC HYBRIDS! Let all epic dragons breed together and create dragons with TWO epic elements. Some can be opposites, like Apocalypse and Seasonal, Sun and Moon. Then, when you combine FOUR epic elements, you have a chance at getting LIFE and DEATH dragons--which you can breed to get the legendary Eternal Dragon. The Eternal Dragon can be bred with any dragon  in the game to produce ANY dragon--even gemstone dragons!

Epic Elementals are like regular elementals in that they have one element. However, they look much more in tune with their element (Epic Plant looks a lot more "planty") and each have animations (animated flames for Epic Fire) Instead of earning, they give a 10% boost to all the dragons of their element on the island and a 10% penalty.
