In addition I am adding a section in which we can let Backflip Studios know if we want to see another DragonVale game, have a tie-in/companion app, have another breeding game with a different theme, and any other game ideas we would like to see Backflip Studios create.
I know that for legality reasons it is hard for Backflip Studios to adapt anything too specific so it may be best to not add too much detail with descriptions, costs, and experience earned from completing actions.
We have seen some of the ideas on the old blog be adapted into the game in one form or another, so anything is possible!
Remember this is for us to express our ideas and have fun!
Thank you everyone for sharing your ideas!

There would be the ability to transport shared elements with me or on demand as I travel from park to park.
Orb & Crown Display Turn Off Option - option to turn off the orbs or crowns so players can level their dragons past level 10 and not have to look at them.

Refund Option - if something requiring time is be built is still being built/summoned, allow the player to cancel it and get his/her DragonCash back.
Unlocking New Content Through Quests - The idea is that there are dragons that don't appear in the shop when you start out the game. They are invisible epics that cannot be bred. To make them visible and breedable, you have to complete a series of quests, which you're timed on (say 4-10 days) but can try as many times as you want.
You don't know what the dragon is when you start the quest. You can choose to quest for a decoration, a dragon, or maybe something else like a gift of gems, treats, experience or dragoncash.
These quests can be something like "Feed 3 dragons to level 10," "Grow 20 Dragon roots," "Get a gold Colosseum medal," "Get a gem," or maybe something more specific such as "Breed a Blazing Dragon with a Scorch dragon." "Feed a Firefly dragon to level 15," "Place 30 Golden Paths," "Display 2 Scoria Dragon eggs."
If you complete said quests in the allotted time, you are given a message that tells you to go to the shop to see your mystery dragon. You still have to figure out how to breed it; you are not rewarded with the egg. It's the same with decos; you have to buy the newly revealed decoration.

Breeding Game With Dominant & Recessive Genes/Traits
Similar to in biology how some genes/traits are dominant and more common and others are recessive and less common.
This feature would determine the percentage of breeding a certain dragon or version of an animal/creature/plant.
Ex: An albino version creature/animal or an animal with red hair (if red hair is recessive for that animal).
Naturemals - real life animals that have elements. The animals can live in the habitats of either the forest, desert, volcano, sea, mountain, or arctic. The name of the animal could relate to where the animal lives, but these are made up animals, so you might have an animal that doesn't actually live in that place.
The elements for there corresponding habitats are plant for forest, terra for desert, fire for volcano, water for sea, sky for mountain, and ice for arctic.
Here are some of the animals:
Wood Mouse: This would be one of the basic element animals. It can live in the forest and has the plant element.

Snowy Owl: This would be one of the hybrids and has the elements ice and sky.
Blazing Eagle: This would be one of the hybrids and has the elements sky and fire.
Dune Crab: This would be one of the hybrids and has the elements earth and sea.
Note: YES I'm aware that there actually is a blue whale and snowy owl, but there would be more animals in this game that are actually real animals such as a cactus finch and an arctic fox. It's likable play on the words, like what Backflip did with the bearded dragon.

SpaceVale - (working title) - a breeding game set in space where the player can breed extraterrestrials/creatures - Instead of islands there will be floating element/community spheres/pods in which habitats specific to that element can be placed. All spheres are connected by steel beams or tunnels to a large central hub/location where the breeding buildings and nursery are located. There could also be neutral spheres which would cost more to buy in which any type of habitat can be placed.
Was trying not to be too specific, but requested ideas are: Forest, Desert, Arctic, Sky, Ocean, Volcanic, and Cave aliens. Each could eat a specific type of food as well as have a specific type of habitat. Some epic elements could be Storm, Apocalypse and Fantasy.
WolfVale
DragonVale-Pedia - A learning game/encyclopedia based off of DragonVale, since Backflip Studios puts a lot of facts in the game like silver's incubation time is the same as its place on the periodic table
It shows you a black picture of a dragon, and you need to guess what it is and type the name in 2 minutes. More guesses in a row will give you rarer dragons. (3: Hybrid Dragon + 10,000 DragonCash. 5: Opposite Dragon + 100,000 DragonCash. 7: Light/Dark Rift Dragon + 10,000 Treats. 10: Epic Dragon + 10 Gems.)
The max guesses in a row is 10.
You can play the game once in a day.
But here's the catch: Every Dragon can be on the guess so you can guess one dragon but it was another one. Example: A Blackened Dragon look like the Rainbow Dragon Can be also a Leap Year Dragon. Sometimes you need to look into the tiny details. Example: If there's a blackened Dragon looks like the Metal Dragon, LOOK FOR THE SPROUTS ON THE TAIL. If you don't, you might fail to a Malachite Dragon.
Some Dragons can be very easy to find, like the Bone Dragon. One easy look is enough to find this black dragon as the Bone Dragon. The difficulty is rising from guess to guess, so you don't have a chance that a Bone Dragon will appear when you're in the 9th guess.
If you fail, you'll probably will NOT Have a chance to do the same dragon guesses again the day after, because the picks are totally random, so don't expect something else.
If you win, you'll get the biggest prize you passed and the HATCHED Dragon will wait you in the hibernation cave.
Even the prizes are random. If you've got Light Rift/Dark Rift, there are 50/100 chances to get Light Rift Dragon, and same goes as the Dark Rift Dragon. If you've got an epic dragon, most chances it'll be a permanent epic dragon. You'll have a chance of 10% to get a Rainbow Element Dragon (Rainbow/Double Rainbow), and 3% To get a Limited Rainbow Element Dragon (Celtic/Leap Year)
DragonVale Trading Card Game/ DragonVale TCG - collect/buy and build decks with trading cards in the game and battle with them against friends or the computer.
DragonVale's Wizard's Quiz - a trivial game where players are shown a question about content in DragonVale and are given a time to either choose an answer from multiple choice or find it in a scroll down list. It could have different deck options like "Dragons", "Decorations", "Limited", "Surprise Me!" (mixture of everything), and can be updated from the app store. It could even have expansion packs which could be released or unlocked.
Keyboard Skins - With the release of iOS 8 a person can add 3rd party customizable keyboards.
Backflip Studios could make an app in which has people play mini games to get keyboard skins.
The keyboard skins would be based off of Backflip Studios games.
The player would get the keyboards by doing certain task.
Ninjog - based on Ninjump
The ninja is running. Touch the screen to punch the tigers/camels/krakens, and swipe the screen to slash a big boss like a lion/moloch/jellyfish.
You can pick 3 zones:
Jungle: Where you run and punch tigers and lions!
Desert: Where you slash and kick camels and molochs!
Ocean: Where you dive for the slots of the krakens and the jellyfishes!

Orb & Crown Display Turn Off Option - option to turn off the orbs or crowns so players can level their dragons past level 10 and not have to look at them.
