Game Description
Tolzar has a reputation for being a little bit... "out there." His passion for combining magic with machinery is something most Valefolk don't quite understand- nor do they know what to make of his strange sidekick, Froggy Eddy. Misunderstood genius or not, Tolzar's tinkerings are out-of-this-world. Literally! Tolzar's Optical Oracle has the power to recieve fantastical visions from other dimensions. Of course, every entertainer needs an audience, so Tolzar is more than happy to reward you for visiting his Optical Oracle!

The Tolzar's Optical Oracle appears in every player's park and allows them to view up to three visions per day.

At first, the Tolzar's Optical Oracle only appeared in some parks and the reasoning behind it was and still is unknown.

Current Mechanics

For Parks on Game Version Prior to 4.32.0:

Tolzar's Optical Oracle appears in parks and allows the player to watch a video to receive a reward of one gem outside of events and for event currency during events.

Tolzar's Optical Oracle appears at the beginning of the day at daily reset.

Tolzar's Optical Oracle usually can be found beneath the Cooperative Breeding Cave when it appears.

Tolzar's Optical Oracle can be viewed up to three times per day.

Tolzar's Optical Oracle usually can be found beneath the Cooperative Breeding Cave when it appears.

Tolzar's Optical Oracle can be viewed three times for event currency per day during events.

Tolzar's Optical Oracle can be viewed three times for DragonCash per day with amount received depending on player park level.

Tolzar's Optical Oracle can be viewed two times for gems per day.

Tolzar's Optical Oracle can be viewed three times treats per day outside of events.

Tolzar's Optical Oracle options have a green background if there is a Vision Advertisement is available to view.

Tolzar's Optical Oracle options have a gray background if there is not a Vision Advertisement available to view.

Tolzar's Optical Oracle appears every 24 hours from when Vision Advertisements are viewed.

Sponsor Gem Market Example

In addition to viewing three videos per day, the player may visit the "Treasure" section of the market and have an option to watch one additional video if "Sponsor Gem" is selected.

After watching the "Sponsor Gem" video the option will disappear from the market until the next time it appears at daily reset.

Tolzar's Optical Oracle will appear and show an offer of rewards to give the player to watch an advertisement video.

Choosing "Watch Vision" will proceed to playing the video.
Choosing "Maybe Later" will bring the player back to the regular gameplay.

Through Tolzar's Optical Oracle, players may be able to access a feature called "Offerwall".

This feature claims to allow players to access possible deals to receive gems for their park.

There is a possibility that a deal may not yield the promise gems once completed.

It is unclear how the presented deals are chosen, the legitimacy of the deals, or even if it is safe to try a deal.

Prior Mechanics

Most of the mechanics were the same as the current mechanics, but these are some of the differences:
Tolzar's Optical Oracle appeared in parks at different times.
Tolzar's Optical Oracle appeared in parks and allowed the player to watch a video to receive rewards in the form of dragoncash, experience, and gems.
Tolzar's Optical Oracle sometimes appeared after completing an event at the Colosseum.
Tolzar's Optical Oracle would disappear in a puff of smoke after all its videos were watched.
Tolzar's Optical Oracle was able be viewed up to four times per day and "Sponsor Gems" twice a day.

Notes

Tolzar's Optical Oracle first appeared as part of Update 3.11 on December 14, 2016.
- It disappeared from player's parks on an unknown date.
- It reappeared in player's parks on an unknown date.
On October 18, 2017 through October 25, 2017, the Tolzar's Optical Oracle appeared in player's parks regardless if they ever saw it in their park before or not.
As of April 10, 2018, Tolzar's Optical Oracle produces blue smoke instead of its usual brown and has a different vanishing smoke.
On an unknown date Tolzar's Optical Oracle started to appear in every player's park instead of only some players' parks.
On an unknown date the amount of videos and "Sponsor Gems" changed from four videos to three and two "Sponsor Gems" to one.
On November 13, 2024, Tolzar's Optical Oracle's mechanics were adjusted as part of Update 4.32.0.
- Instead of being limited to three Vision Advertisements per day of either event currency during events or gems outside of events the following was implemented:
  - Three views for event currency per day during events.
  - Three views for DragonCash per day with amount received depending on player park level.
  - Two views for gems per day.
  - Three views for treats per day outside of events.
- At the time of implementation, it was reported that instead of the Tolzar's Optical Oracle resetting at the game's daily reset it was resetting every 24 hours from when Vision Advertisements were viewed.
- On November 22, 2024, the amount of DragonCash received per view was reduced.
  - At park level 180, it was reduced to be approximately 20% of what was received at the time the feature was introduced on November 13, 2024.
