A baby serket dragon with a rumbling stomach found a robust tree bursting with bright red berries. It was too short to pluck the succulent treat from the branches, even whilst standing up on its hind legs. Since it had not grown wings yet, the hungry hatchling resorted to utilizing its top-heavy tail; the creative creature thumped the stump and looked up. The branches swayed but no fruit fell. THWACK! It took a second try and this time a few rained down. One berry split open and red juice leaked out. It sizzled and disintegrated blades of grass underneath it. The starving serket dragon licked the volatile berry juice. It grinned with delight and devoured the other felled berries. With a palpable taste for the unreachable treat, the serket baby unleashed a flurry of a tail-strikes. In no time at all, a deluge of fruit came pouring down. The baby tried to gobble it all as fast as it could, but there was too much. The cascade of poisonous berries rolled down a long hill while the serket dragon ran to keep up with it, snatching up snacks as it ran. In the midst of its unbridled joy, the dragon saw a group of Vale youth playing at the bottom of the hill. The dragon trampled a few berries while it was distracted and saw the corrosive effect once more. It curled its tail, formed a circle, and rolled faster than it could run. When it came to the bottom, it spun around and opened its mouth as wide as possible. Every berry tumbled down and into its mounth until all were captured. The wizardlings cheered and laughed at the sight of a serket dragon. The baby chewed and swallowed the sudden feast. It turned and smiled at the children but was surprised by a spicy and fiery belch.
