The sailback dragon was decked out in its glowing style and performed dazzling acrobatics in the middle of a sea of tiki torches. A magicfolk audience changed, "Sailback! Sailback!" The dragon caught sight of a pile of blushrooms, danced over to it, and dove in headfirst. It ate the lot and emerged with a face splattered in blue.
The crowd cheered. A nearby armament dragon observed the spectacle and chuckled. The sailback dragon ran around to make sure everyone could see its blue face before it jumped into the water.
While the exuberant dragon was in midair, someone shouted, "You can't swim!" Panic hit the sailback dragon's face before it belly-flopped in deep water...

In the initial release during Bright Wild Nights, the Sailback Dragon can be obtained by collecting a total of 8,895 only after acquiring three Moon Pedestals, three Sun Pedestals, and a Sunscorch Pedestal.
The Sailback Dragon was released on August 23, 2019, during Bright Wild Nights.
To purchase the Sailback Dragon in the Beachside Bungalow, a player must have three Moon Pedestals, three Sun Pedestals, and a Sunscorch Pedestal in the park to unlock it. This requirement does not apply to obtaining it through breeding.
