The Quake Dragon can be bred by selecting an Earth or earth hybrid dragon to mate with a Lightning or lightning hybrid dragon, in either order, at the Breeding Cave/Epic Breeding Island.

- The Quake Dragon is the best non-limited earner for the Earth habitat.
- The Quake Dragon is the dragon featured in the icon of the Game Center achievement "Level 10 Dragon".
- Throughout the Quake Dragon's growth, the rock on the end of its tail remains the same size.
- On Quake Dragon's info screen, when it is a baby (or has gone through the Fountain of Youth), there is a gap between its body and the end of the tail.
