Game Description
The most delicious candies in all of DragonVale were once made by the confectioner Ortreat, who only shared them with his special pack of hybrid dragons. One day, some clever kids hatched a plan to get the coveted confections with a set of baby dragon costumes. When Ortreat saw the shoddily sewn dragonlings ambling about, his heart softened and he played along, sharing his treats with the ingenious little 'dragons'. Even long after Ortreat moved on, the tradition of costumes and candy remained. To this day, young witches and wizards wait all year for the autumn night when they can go out and 'trick Ortreat'.

Obtaining

The Ortreat Dragon can be obtained by collecting a total of 7,780 during The Return of Whitbee's Candy Bash.

Breeding

The Ortreat Dragon can be bred by using any two dragons, in either order, containing the Plant, Fire, and Earth elements at the Breeding Cave/Epic Breeding Island.

• On October 14, 2015, the Ortreat Dragon's spot appeared in the Dragonarium, even though it had not been officially released into DragonVale yet.
  • The button indicates "Not Available" and did not change even though The Return of Whitbee's Candy Bash event started on October 15, 2015. Players would only be able to view the Ortreat Dragon's infobox in the Dragonarium once he/she obtains it by trading a certain amount of candy at the Prize Pumpkin.
• The Ortreat Dragon was released along with the Spooky Tree, Fated Fount, Moon Theme, Spooky Habitat, Trick Dragon, Cursed Clock, Spectre Dragon, Lycan Dragon, Prize Pumpkin, Competition Ring, Tree of Trials, and the Spooky Moon Island.
