The Love Dragon can be obtained by collecting a total of 
1,000 during Gardenia's Gathering of Roses.
Breeding
The Love Dragon can be bred using two dragons, in either order, that include a Flower Dragon and any dragon that contains the Lightning element, at the Breeding Cave/Epic Breeding Island.
