  • The Ikatako Dragon was released along with the Ahoy Dragon and Zilla Dragon.
  • Upon the Ikatako Dragon's release, it only had the water and dark elements. It gained the earth and lightning elements less than a day later.

  • The Ikatako Dragon's name comes from the Japanese words ika, meaning squid, and tako, meaning octopus.
  • The Ikatako Dragon's description states, "Staying submerged beneath the waves..." The mention of "submerged" may be a reference to how the Ikatako Dragon's original fan design was called the Submerged Dragon.
