The Idea
Our chat is a very open place, where many peope come each and every day. The only bad thing is that the entering and exiting dialouge is pretty boring. All it says is $1 (which is another term for user name ....) has entered/left chat. We can change this to something more enticing and interesting with a few simple clicks. The onlything we need to do is win the Administrators over with contribuer involvment on this forum in a positive asspect and retrospect

P.S. if you support the idea, please leave a reason why and and some discourse you would like to see included. At the end, if the idea is supported, we will have a poll to see which we will use!

I think that this will be a fun thing to do. it is not difficult, nor is it hard to get accustomed to. Additionally, it makes chat a bit more fun (well it is already pretty amazing)! Would it really hurt? No way :D

I do have a few ideas. They include:
- $1 is visiting Chat Island/has left Chat Island
- The enterance portal welcomes $1/is sad to see $1 go
- The wizard spotted $1 in Chat Island/noted that $1 has left Chat Island - and many more like therse

I think this is a pointless idea. Sure, we are a wiki fan site for raising dragons on this animatedish game, but that doesnt mean we have to be entertained by chat dialogue. I think its fine with the $1 has entered/left chat. It seems a little too much to change it to anything that may be amusing to some people who actually want the change. We use to have these changed. And frankly I didn't like it, it was cheesy as hell and made chat sound like some sort of kiddy place. I see absolutely no reason to alter the enter/exit messages, it is perfectly fine the way it is. No it wouldn't hurt to change it, but the very same argument applies to the opposite; it doesn't hurt anyone to leave it as is, either. Tatzelwyrm Talk Contribs 23:17, November 12, 2012 (UTC)
