Game Description
Sometimes it's hard to make friends, even when you're magical. Casting forced friendship spells is considered rude in the Vale, so magicfolk devised the Floral Pannier of Friendship as a way for lonely witches and wizards to find each other and strike up a conversation. “I see that you, too, are carrying a Flower of Friendship,” is as good an icebreaker as any fire spell.
