Notes
- The Etch Dragon was released on September 23rd, 2021 during Whitbee's Candy Bash VIII: Into the Dark, alongside the Funis Dragon and Infernus Dragon.
- The Etch Dragon's quest was originally called "Swamp Thing". This was changed to its current quest due to being almost the exact same quest name as the Ghostly Moss Dragon's quest.
- In December 2022, the DragonVale Community Forum and Deca Games hosted The Origin Contest - Winter Edition 2022. The contest revealed the meaning behind the Etch Dragon's name: 'It was a mix of itch and something else, not fully sure where this came from, flytraps having hairs and being triggered to close when they feel something.
