- The Dungeon Dragon was released on November 15, 2013, along with the Cave Dragon, Dark Rift Dragon, Dark Dragon, Root Dragon, Nightshade Dragon, Fungus Dragon and the Watch Dragon.
- The Dungeon Dragon had an error when released. It read: "What would you like to do with your new Primary Dungeon Dragon?"
- The in-game information for the Dungeon Dragon said that its incuabtion and breeding times was 12 hours when it was first released.

- "The wizard Guy Gacks, son of Arne", may be a reference to Gary Gygax and Dave Arneson, who designed Dungeons & Dragons.
