Checklist Use - Checklist Template - Checklist Code

Important DO NOT INCLUDE <NOWIKI> TAGS WHEN PASTING TO YOUR PAGE!

The DragonVale Wiki has a Dragon Checklist to help members of the community keep track of or show other players which dragons he or she has in DragonVale.

The dragons are displayed in their baby stage because it is the first stage we see the dragon in.

This checklist is also in alphabetical order to make it easier to find the dragons on the grid.

When first using the checklist copy and paste the code from the darker box located under "Checklist Code" to where you want your checklist to be stored (see "Implementation").

After pasting the checklist you can change the "no" after the equal sign to "yes", "crown", "crowns", "star", or "stars".

The "no" option will display a red ✕ (Set Incomplete) to show that the dragon is not bred the dragon yet.

The "yes" option will display a green ✓ (Set Complete) to show that the player has bred the dragon.

There are also options for players who level their dragons to level 20 and want to show their achievements.

The "crown" option will display a single crown (Set Incomplete) to show that the player has at least one of the dragon at level 20.

The "crowns" option will display a double crown (Set Incomplete) to show that the player has at least two of the dragon at level 20.

There are also options for players who level their epic dragons to level 11-15 and want to show their achievements.

The "star" option will display a single star (Set Incomplete) to show that the player has at least one of the dragon at level 11-15.

The "stars" option will display a double star (Set IncompleteSet Incomplete) to show that the player has at least two of the dragon at level 11-15.

For dragons added after you copy and paste the checklist you would need to add any new dragons to the code yourself or come back to this page and copy the newly added lines from the code under "Checklist Code".

Troubleshooting

Important DO NOT INCLUDE <NOWIKI> TAGS WHEN PASTING TO YOUR PAGE!

If you cannot get your checklist to work, please contact an admin or wiki moderator and they will help get your checklist working. Here are a few steps you can try before:

  1. Ensure you clicked on the "Checklist Code" tab and copied the whole checklist.
    1. The start of a checklist needs to have two open curly braces {{ and the end needs to have two closing curly braces }}.
  2. If you have the <nowiki> tags surrounding your checklist, you need to remove them. The nowiki tag prevents the wiki from loading the checklist.

If you have checked both of these things and still cannot get it to work, please contact an admin or moderator.

Thank you for understanding, and hopefully you find this useful to both your game-play and community interaction. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact any of the active staff.
