Shortly, voting will conclude for policy on staff selection and promotion. We had some great discussion as a comunity and have done a great job thoroughly outlining a process. We have tailored a detailed plan specifically for this wiki, and we are hopeful that this will help us to continue to move the wiki forward.
However, we still have some loose ends. We didn't get much hammered out in regards to demotions and the process thereof. I'd also like to continue to discuss any concerns members may have about things already put into place. After all, there's always room for improvement.
We would like to see a demotion policy come together by the time the wiki's newest staff members are elected in a few weeks.
