Notes
- The Ahoy Dragon was released on June 17th, 2021, alongside the Ikatako Dragon and Zilla Dragon at the beginning of Pirates in Paradise.
- Deca Games used a submission from their Ahoy Design Contest from Reddit user u/Lavaidyn as major inspiration for the design of the Ahoy Dragon. The submission was called the Lookout Dragon and can be seen here.
- The Ahoy Dragon, alongside the Ikatako Dragon, are the fifth and sixth Fan-Inspired Dragons released.
Possible References
- The Ahoy Dragon's description states, "it really seemed to enjoy balancing on its sturdy tail and being on the lookout." The mention of "lookout" may be a reference to how the Ahoy Dragon's prototype fan design was called the Lookout Dragon.
