Game Description
The metal shards that make up this habitat come directly from the Tull Caverns. Your metal dragons are sure to feel right at home. Unfortunately we had such a difficult time moving the shards here that the wizards decided to create portals directly to the caves, allowing them to be in two places at once. Unstable portals supposedly transport things to other dimensions. I'm sure that these ones are stable though.

Notes

• The Metal Habitat was released on March 21, 2012, along with the metal element, Cactus Dragon, Lichen Dragon, Shard of Tull, Metal Element Flag, Metal Dragon Boost, Metal Shrine, and the Large Metal Habitat.
• On April 17, 2013, the Metal Habitat slightly changed in appearance.
  • On April 18, 2013, the Metal Habitat changed back to its original appearance but reverted to the newer appearance on April 22, 2013.
• On April 29, 2013, the Metal Habitat received its own unique sound upon clicking it.
• Initially, the Metal Habitat was available at level 17, but the level availability was changed on October 9, 2013, to level 18.

Possible References

• "Tull Caverns", mentioned in the description, may be a tongue-in-cheek reference to Jethro Tull, the band who won the 1988 Grammy Award for Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance.
