I don’t like the idea of a leap year dragon getting an evolved form because it deviates from the other leap year dragons, but equally I don’t like the design of the dragon to begin with because it breaks the pattern as well. It’s essentially just the Mesmer dragon all over again. Really I think they should just slightly redesign/recolour it rather than give it an evolved form as that doesn’t really change anything. If DECA recoloured is to be white, black and gold, possibly with elements of blue, it would likely be more popular.

It’s like DECA just decided to give the next four headed dragon that they designed the title of quadruple leap year. Personally I think the quamera dragon would make a better quadruple leap year dragon.

I won't mind a redesign, but I agree evolution is completely out of the norm for leap years or Rainbows in general. Some goes for day/night forms or enhanced form. Just another 4 headed dragon, might be right. It was late anyway, so lots of things about this one were out of norm.

Based on community feedback, I think the simplest approach would be to rename the current "Quadruple Leap Year Dragon" to another name. This wouldn't require any evolutions. When the redesigned version is ready, it can take the name "Quadruple Leap Year Dragon." There is already precedent for renaming dragons, and I think this would be the easiest action to take.

Also, i thought evolutions were done with. It was a neat experiment by BFS/Hasbro, but then ran its course. I've no proof on that, just kinda gut-feel from what I've seen. Just my $0.02 :-)
