Well, since there’s no other use for them, taking risks with your soul shards can only mean winning or not winning. But the more you put in, the more disappointing it is to lose.

My view of the dragon draw is that it’s a pretty building to have in my park. I played DragonVale long before it came a long and when I came back to see they’d added it I wasn’t particularly impressed given the slight gambling element to it. Frankly if you really want a dragon, so much so that you’d spend money on it, then just wait until it comes up in an event and buy it directly (although I can’t say I’ve ever done this). I don’t care for it’s function and whilst I use up all the soul shards I obtain I don’t let myself feel as though I’ve been cheated because I never wanted nor needed the dragon draw to play DragonVale before, I don’t need it now. The only benefit for me is that it will look nice once I finally renovate my snowflake island

Hey, I am just wondering because it sounds like you guys can still collect more shards somehow, I got the free shards at the beginning but now I can’t collect my daily 5 because I have like 490 :> Have I misunderstood your conversation or is it just like that?

I personally get them daily, I rose from 655 to 710 recently

My number has stayed the same for several days now. I don't know when it stopped collecting more (from habitat) since I don't use it and only started checking how many I've got occasionally - out of curiosity - because of the update.

Seems we need to update to v 4.28.1 to start getting soul shards again.
