It has happened multiple times before, since Deca's adding dragons that have out-of-events regular return schedules to events. Besides Bloom, there is also Berry. There might be more but I can't remember offhand.
In the Picnic Tier, the Vernal Fountain - the affiliated decoration of Bloom - has the same timer as Bloom, and thus the Picnic tier.
Question (since I didn't buy the megatat):
I believe it's the second time the megatat moved? I've seen layout with the omegatat, and I assume that the megatat moved to the right even as is / not upgraded to omegatat, right?
They are simply doing nothing, so I don’t anticipate problems.
It’ll take me a few days to get used to the new reset time though.
Saw conflicting info: the forum post says "if you don't own" the hatchling of magic and/or the bellflower dragon then check your gifts. But a reddit comment I saw yesterday (can't find it now) indicates that people are getting a second one. And today, someone posted a screenshot of 2 hatchlings of magic placed side by side.
There are discussions about gifts given - bellflower dragon & hatchlings of magic decoration - on reddit. I don't see them (meaning 2nd one as I got them last time), so I am wondering if it's only granted to players/parks that weren't active/didn't receive them last time, or it's just because mine from 2 years ago are still sitting in my gifts?
And yes, during the 1st Gaia's birthday, the cooldown time for her ability was reduced by 25% too (see Gaia's Birthday). I am curious to see if the presents work the same (i.e. reappears after 12 hours in the day) since Deca has removed that "reappearing" thing from all event visitors.
If you already have one (or more), then sure you can try cloning more yourself in any breeding site.
But if you don’t have any, the breeding combo won’t work since it’s expired, and co-op would be the only way until it returns the next time.
Yes, if you don’t have one already you can always get it through co-op breeding.
The runic breeding cave(s) will likely return in the next/Spring event so you can soon try again for a rift Lovey then.
Just pretend the building is not there don’t look at it at all 😉
I usually wait not just until all are unlocked, but even until the last day, i.e. Sunday, to open them and update the gift calendar (if nobody did, or if some days are missing). I log in daily and as I can remember never needed to use gems, at least in the past few years (not counting last Halloween when I was affected by the cannot-log-in issue for 10 days).
I personally do not care about the piggy bank since (as I understand) it's about real money purchases. And the right side of the screen is crowded enough, I don't need another useless icon.
You deleted the text question so I assume you know/have confirmed the answer now: when the event island goes away (collection ends), the gifts will be swept to your gift (roses and the last day’s free dragon chosen randomly) or directly to your repository (treats and dragon cash).
You need to place the Love Potion in your park before you can evolve Lovey to Loveydovey.
As much as we don’t like Dragons Weeks that seem to mostly happen during a major event, Deca has been re-releasing dragons from a few events ago in them. So if you are done with Lovey/Loveydovey in the rift, now can be your chance to go for those.
Other than that and Runic Breeding Caves, there… is… EOM…
I just think the post’s subject may be a little misleading.
(Edit: I think I finally understand how to read the "cost" on Loveydovey's page.)
I think when people say "buy", they want a straightforward buy from the market, not some complicated multi-step way to get it.
I feel Motley and Dargon are better than Party (or Aurora)...
@Pyriite: have you checked your Gifts? If it’s not there - there appears to be a glitch about some players having to open the chest twice. So check the island again the next time you log in.
In the early years the double days were random and could even be Monday or Friday, I personally don’t mind how it’s arranged. It’s a game, I’ll just work with what I am given.
(Coding-wise, it doesn’t necessarily matter much either way if the code design is good and flexible in the first place, which I’d hope is the case.)
Uploaded.
Hmm, thinking about it: the "sneak peeks" in the teaser/splash screen, if existed, were usually more "obscure", maybe a shadow, or just the head (face/eyes) or a tail, so I tend to not remember them as well as the loading screen (which we'd see for weeks).
But I think it should be safe to say this time there is nothing in the teaser... or is there? (It reminds me of the new decoration last year, cherrie petals.)
